Daily digests: know the day before it starts

Most project mornings start the same way: a scramble to work out what is happening today and what needs a decision.

Arvo's daily digest does that work before you open your laptop. It is emailed each weekday, in the morning or the evening, whichever each recipient chooses, one email per project.

What is in the digest

• Planned starts, finishes and overdue work, from the current programme
• Risks that need action
• Notice drafts awaiting review
• Labour shortfalls from the site labour log
• Potential clashes in the next three weeks

Each recipient can be given a role view, so a planner, a commercial lead and a site manager see the sections that fit their seat.

It is a brief, not a firehose: the main sections open with a one-sentence summary, and every section caps how many items it lists.
