Programme intelligence beyond a Gantt chart

By The Arvo team

A Gantt chart tells you what is planned. It does not tell you whether the plan is sound, what is actually driving the end date, or what quietly changed since the last revision.

Arvo turns the programme you already have into something you can interrogate.

From a file to a clear picture

  1. Import. Primavera P6 XER, MS Project XML, CSV and XLSX, mapped on upload.
  2. Reconstruct. Activities, logic and work-stream grouping are rebuilt from the file.
  3. Calculate. Full critical-path analysis with total float and criticality banding.
  4. Check. DCMA-14 checks surface logic gaps, lags and constraints.
  5. Compare. Diff any two revisions and see exactly which dates moved, and why.

Why version comparison matters

The most expensive surprises hide in the gap between revisions. Arvo's comparison reads the dates as they were imported, so "what changed since the last upload" means exactly that: a clean, snapshot-to-snapshot diff, not a drift against today's date.

Book a demo to see it on your own programme.
